To take co-op, choose the appropriate co-op program code(s) from the list below, based on the following:

• the grade level you are entering, and
• the number of credits you hope to earn through Co-op/OYAP.

For students entering grade 11, the codes are as follows:

• 2 credits = (include one code) - COP3X5
• 3 credits = (include both codes) - COP3X5 and COP3X6
• 4 credits = (include both codes) - COP3X5 and COP3X4

For students entering grade 12 or in a returning year, the codes are as follows:

• 2 credits = (include one code) - COP4X2
• 3 credits = (include both codes) - COP4X2 and COP4X3
• 4 credits = (include both codes) - COP4X2 and COP4X1

Important Note:

Once you have selected your Co-op program code(s) online, please complete and print an application package (please see Guidance for assistance).

Completed application packages must be returned to the Co-op office before March Break!  Interviews will be conducted in April and May.
