Exam Protocol
All students with a scheduled exam are expected to be present for their exam. If there are extenuating circumstances (e.g., health issues accompanied by a medical note, family emergency, funeral, court date), the school will consider the situation on a case-by-case basis. A planned absence (e.g., family vacation) is not considered an extenuating circumstance. We kindly ask you to please refrain from planning any travel during exam periods. Please reach out to the classroom teacher and the school’s administration if your child is unable to take a scheduled exam. During exams, please note that school buses are running at their usual times. Should an Inclement Weather Day occur during the scheduled exam period forcing the cancellation of an exam on a given day, further communication will be sent out.
